Sun Business Valuations is a preeminent Business Valuation and Appraisal firm. Sun’s business appraisers have been serving the needs of professionals, shareholders, and business owners for over a quarter century. Stephen has personally assisted more than 200 entrepreneurial mid-market companies in a wide range of industries and markets, in providing valuation expertise and implementing exit strategies by way of selling their companies.

In addition to his work as a Certified Business Intermediary, Stephen is a frequent lecturer and writer on M&A issues. He is the author of Exit Strategy, a quarterly publication geared toward business valuation, enhancing business value and preparing companies for a future sale. He has also served as an expert witness in cases involving business valuation disputes.

Stephen is an active member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Association for Corporate Growth, International Business Brokers Association and numerous Entrepreneur Organizations.

NACVA’S CVA/AVA designations are valuation credentials accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Since receiving her designation as an AVA, she has appraised businesses in a wide range of industries and markets including wholesalers, service companies, retail companies, and manufacturers. Jessica has performed appraisals for a wide variety of purposes including succession planning, buy-sell agreements, marital dissolutions, partnership disputes, partnership acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions, employee ownership plans, employee stock option plans and estate and gift tax purposes.
